As a DJ manager your energy and understanding of the position of a DJ is a big determination in hiring you so if you do not have a clear enough understanding of the position may not be hired.(certain exemptions can be made)
As a DJ manager you are responsible for maintaining the schedule board along side the other managers.

As a DJ Manager filling in during a shift you are required to interact with the VIP's and Guest in a warm friendly and engaging manner in local chat while promoting the club and the dj. Be prepared to help guest to obtain the group tag.
As a Host Manager you will be required to assist host in posting to Second Life events 2 weeks prior to sets. You are required to assist the other managers in maintaining the schedule boards.
You are responsible for making sure that when a host calls out for any reason that there is a replacement host for the 2 venues that do use a host during a shift. If you are unable to locate one then you must be the fill in host.

As Dance Manager you will be required to assist the General Managers in all aspects of searching for new dancers for all 3 venues. You are responsible for insuring that the schedule board is upto date with all dance staff. You man be required to fill in for an absent dancer as needed per shift.
You will be required to assist the General managers and the Owners with the training of all new Dance staff to the rules of the group and location of the tip jars.
Event coordinator is the groups project manger taking on jobs that the owners may not have time to do or needs help with. They are also responsible for assisting clients with parties or other events they would like to have on group land. They will meet with the potential client discuss what they would like to do and discuss a projected date for the event. They will then coordinate with the with the Owners and General Manager to make sure that there would not be any conflicts with other activities around the Sim.
As a DJ voice quality and energy is a big determination in hiring you so if your voice isn't clear enough or if you can't project yourself well on the microphone, you will not be hired. (certain exemptions can be made)
You must also know the genre you are being hired for and stay within that genre while working.
DJ's may be required to work without hosts.
